Incredible help from Chris and Pat! I was trying to repair my washing machine and went in and they let me ask questions and buy parts from them for super cheap and even let me borrow a tool! Incredible support and service from these guys and we won't hesitate to buy from them when our machine does finally go down. Honest and full of integrity, hard to find in business these days.

Excellent customer service, good selection in inventory, and easy to work with. They delivered and hooked up my new to me dryer the same day, and removed the old one, which was all included in the purchase price of the dryer. EDIT Unfortunately this dryer only lasted 8 months. That's what you get when you buy a used dryer, but 8 months is pretty unsatisfactory. The warranty is only 3 months, so I tried replacing a few parts but was unable to fix it. I should have known better.

Bought a matching washer and dryer from here. They had posted it on Facebook market place. I called the gentleman, and he put a hold on it till the front desk lady called me back. Both were very nice and professional. They delivered my washer and dryer two days later and showed up on time. Paid cash on delivery. Delivery, set up, and removal of my old set all free!! Highly recommended

This is my second purchase from All Brand Used Appliances. First set many many years ago was recommended from a friend. When I realized my dryer was going out decided to replace both washer and dryer at the same time. I called and they gave me the information on what was available in the size and type I needed. I didn't care to go see the W/D and just told them to pick the best one they had in store for my space. They delivered in asap and took away the old machines. Comes with 3 month warranty on all parts & labor. I like saving money and buying used refurbished items. Spent half of what I would have buying new.

These folks have saved me twice. Most recently I needed a water level switch for my Maytag Neptune. Play gladly dug around for about 15 minutes until we found the right switch, then would only take $5 for it. I'm a customer for life.

If I could rate this company a 6/5 star, I would! The store front will initially make you question if you pulled up to the right spot, but easy street parking. Yo walk into a family owned, local people company. You are immediately surrounded by knowledge. Any question you have is answered. I asked what specifically did they refurbish the set I wanted and they explained it, what to look for, how to care for it to prevent this from happening again and if I don’t like the outcome of the refurbished product, how to communicate with them and the steps to make it right instead of just a refund and you’re left having. I got an amazing set of a washer and drier - amazing deal to include next day home delivery, and current appliance removal. I’m so thankful for finding this company. We will be using them for our fridge and stove upgrade too!
